  5. *PLEASE* Keep this text file together with the demo file at all times,
  6. when you upload it to bbs's, send the demo to a friend, or whatever!

  8. Please note that the "Hobbits & Spaceships" Promotion Demo only works
  9. on Amigas with 1MB or more of RAM.
  10.  
  11. The demo MUST NOT be crunched, because then it won't work even with 1MB
  12. Amigas. It is possible that it might work if you use a cruncher that
  13. "Decrunches while loading" and therefore doesn't need a large decrunch
  14. buffer, but we strongly recommend that you keep this demo UNCRUNCHED.

  20. If you're one of the unlucky ones who don't have enough memory to watch
  21. this demo, here's a quick summary of what happens:  :-)
  22.  
  23. A  _beautiful_ animation by Tobias Richter displays a spaceship hurling
  24. through   the  univers  while  performing  a  half  roll  and  shooting
  25. lazerbeams which turn into the words "Hobbits & Spaceships", shining in
  26. beautiful  gold  colours.  At the same time, a space-like tune by Bjørn
  27. "Dr.Awesome"  Lynne  (taken  from  the  game "Fantastic Voyage") starts
  28. playing.   When  the  animation  is  done,  you're  presented  with the
  29. following text on top of the last picture of the animation:

  67.                  containing  more  than 70 minutes of music from
  68.                  the two Crusaders musicians.

  70.                  Don't  think it's just old Amiga songs recorded
  71.                  on  CD, the music on "Hobbits & Spaceships" was
  72.                  composed    and    produced   on   the   latest
  73.                  state-of-the-art   synth   equipment,  recorded
  74.                  directly  to digital media (DAT) and remastered
  75.                  for Compact Disc by Strawberry Records.

  77.                  The  CD  is  available  to  all Amiga-freaks of
  78.                  course,  and with a special offer as well!  The
  79.                  first  200  who  orders  "Hobbits & Spaceships"
  80.                  will  also  get  a  free amiga disk full of new
  81.                  amiga music from Fleshbrain and Dr.Awesome.

  83.                  "hOBbiTs & SpACesHipS" will not be available in
  84.                  the  shops,  except  maybe  just a few shops in
  85.                  Norway and Finland, so the only way to get hold
  86.                  of  it  is  to  order  it  directly from either

  136.                  Spaceships"  is  a  bit  more  expensive.   But
  137.                  remember,  it  also includes the postage of the
  138.                  CD,  *PLUS* an amiga disk for those who get the
  139.                  bonus-disk!

  141.                  The CD contains well over an hour of music from
  142.                  the  two Crusaders, and it should be well worth
  143.                  it's  money  -  especially if you order quickly
  144.                  and get the free bonus-disk!
